Hello Gabriel
\nI live in Sydney, Australia & I love your Jewish Calendar. However, just today, it started playing up & won’t allow me to put in my city. As I start typing in Sydney, the CalJ just closes. I deleted it & then reloaded it but it still does the same thing.
\nI notice it works ok on my iPad – it’s just this new issue with my IPhone. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

Thank you very much for your kind message.
\nMany users did experience what you’re describing, on iPhone 5s with my latest update a few days ago.<\/p>\n

It had been a long time (April) since my previous release because I have been more focused on the development of the Android version of CalJ. I finally had some time lately to implement a feature which many users had been requesting for a long time (Shabbat Candles Reminder), and therefore I compiled a new binary.<\/p>\n

Now, the crash problem\u00a0\u00a0seems to be due to some changes Apple made in their compiler, related to the arm64 architecture of the iPhone 5s model, and which required some modifications in my code.<\/p>\n

As you can see,\u00a0it does not crash on iPad, iPhone 4 nor\u00a0iPhone 5c.
\nI have already posted moments ago a new corrective update to Apple. It is pending review there.\u00a0Expect some time (3-7 days) for them to publish it online on the AppStore.<\/p>\n
