If the notifications have stopped poppin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Verify that your app is installed in the internal storage <\/strong>of the device (not on SD Card)<\/li>
  2. Make sure that the device is not<\/strong> in Energy Saving <\/strong>mode<\/li>
  3. Check that the current active city in CalJ is in the same time zone as your device’s system clock.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you had to make one of these changes, you must restart the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the notifications did not return, or if the above conditions were already verified, please do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the app, turn off all the alerts.<\/li>
    2. In the Android Settings, force-stop the CalJ app and revoke its permission for Notifications.<\/li>
    3. Restart the device.<\/li>
